Essential Delivery & Returns Information

General Delivery Details

• Delivery: Free UK delivery is included. Our Flat roof kits are made to order and dispatched in 6-8weeks.

• Every canopy is securely wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
• Deliveries are made to the kerbside only, and a responsible person must be present to sign for receipt.
• We kindly ask that all goods are inspected upon arrival. Any discrepancies or concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Delivery to Special Locations

• Scottish Highlands & Islands: Please reach out for a personalised delivery quote.
• Northern Ireland: Extra delivery fees will apply.
• Channel Islands: Additional charges are required.
• Isle of Man: Additional charges are required.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

• Made-to-measure and specially coloured canopies are non-returnable unless proven faulty.
• Items ordered specifically for you cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
• Please double-check all details and specifications before confirming your custom order.

Damaged or Faulty Deliveries

• Carefully examine your canopy as soon as it arrives.
• Report any visible damage within 24 hours of receipt.
• Photographs of damage should be taken before signing the delivery note.
• If an item is damaged, we will organise a collection and replacement free of charge.
• All returned goods are reviewed by our quality control team before replacements or refunds are processed.

Important Return Guidelines

• Returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team.
• Products should be securely packaged for transit back to us.
• We may be unable to accept returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
• Refunds cover the cost of the item only and exclude initial delivery charges.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Do not install products if you have any concerns (e.g., suspected transit damage). Installed items cannot be refunded or replaced.
• Report any damage or shortages to the driver and sign the paperwork as damaged or missing where possible.
• We cannot accept claims supported only by photos taken off-pallet, as transit damage cannot be verified.

Delivery

Free UK Mainland delivery is included. Our kits are made to order and dispatched in 10–21 days, Flat Canopies 6–8 Weeks.

You (or your representative) must be available to accept and sign for delivery.

If a delivery is missed for any reason, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Report any damage or shortages to the driver and sign the paperwork as damaged or missing where possible.
