Hassle-free returns with clear steps and fair terms.

Return Eligibility

1. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, send the item back within 15 days of your request.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
3. Installed, fitted, or used items are not eligible for return—any attempt to fit a product voids the return warranty.
4. All orders are covered by a damaged-on-delivery replacement guarantee upon return of the goods.

Tip: Keep all internal wraps, inserts, and accessories until you’re sure you won’t return the item.

Packaging Your Return

Please ensure the product is well-repacked for transport to prevent damage in transit.

• Original packaging: Include all trays, bags, and protective films.
• Outer protection: Use a sturdy box and adequate cushioning.
• Labels: Remove old labels and attach the new return label clearly.

Return Shipping

For long parcels (e.g., thresholds up to 90 cm), we recommend using Yodel or Evri. Many carriers (including Royal Mail) may not accept long-length parcels.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged on delivery.

Fees & Charges

• Customer-authorised returns: 0% restocking fee
• Refused / Undelivered orders: 15% restocking fee when 1–3 delivery attempts were made and the goods are returned to us. Postage both ways is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged on delivery.
• Exchanges: 0% restocking fee on exchanges upon return of your purchase. Shipping fees may apply for parcels over 100 cm in length.
• Cancellations & payment method charges: Orders paid via Amazon or PayPal incur a 4% non-refundable processing charge from those providers. Cancelled orders using these methods will have a 4% fee deducted.

1. Log in to your account, locate the product purvhased, request a return authorisation or exchange.
2. Package the item securely following the guidance above.
3. Use your chosen carrier and keep proof of postage.
