Delivery Information

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment (products on back order will be dispatched as soon as available) often same day and are shipped on a 2-5 day delivery service, long parcel deliveries on express 24-48 hour delivery service with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online, courier will also provide update and delivery change options through the mobile number you provided on your account.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment if over 1kg on small parcels and 5kg on long parcels. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Items are delivered according to individual courier Policies, this means the courier may leave your parcel anywhere on your premises or with a neighbor, if you are not happy with this arrangement you should leave instructions when you order, we Syntech are not responsible for items that have been fully tracked and delivered to your premises or to a neighbor that are then lost or stolen, Express Delivery options to change delivery and location without a signiture are provided through the mobile number provided on your account.
