Syntech Plastics Simple UK Returns Policy

1. Buyers have Up to  30 days after delivery to request a return, returns must be returned within 14 days from request.

2. Items must be returned in there original condition and packaging as received. 

3 Any attempt to fit a product will void any return warranty.

4. All orders carry a damaged on delivery replacement/guarantee upon return of goods.

  Best Return Postage Option UK

We recommend taking the return to your local hermes/Yodel shop on parcels under 1.2m long, this is by far the cheapest return option, royal mail do not take parcels over 65cm long, long parcel returns over 1.2m are very expensive, more expensive than we charge & we are not responsible for return postage costs on items ordered incorrectly, we highly recommend ordering a sample prior to order to avoid return costs on long parcel purchases, due to wrong colour or wrong size requirements e.c.t.

International over Seas Returns (Orders outside the Uk)

We do not offer returns on products ordered out side the UK, products only carry a damaged on delivery replacemeant gurantee.  This is due to tariffs and
